The tentative schedule for 2nd RAVTE Students Innovation Awards is available now. Also, you can check your Paper ID and presentation rooms assigned for your paper through QR code printed on the schedule page.
There are some points to note.
1. Time slot is limited to 15 minutes per paper (Presentation 10 mins + Q&A 5 minutes). Please plan your presentation to finish within the time slot. Presentation room staff will show reminder sign in Zoom at 9 minutes and 15 minutes.
2. Please register for your attendance using the link/QR code provided on the presentation date.
3. Please change your Zoom display Name to “PID…Name” for easy identification and join to your Room no. for presentation.
4. If you do group presentation, the number of presenters should be no more than 3.
5. Please mute your microphone if it is not your turn to present.
